Octave Analysis octave averages individual 1/B octave bands of an input.
The octave analyser is designed based on IEC 61260-1:2014 and the
specifications in the attributes. The octave filters are class 1 which is the best filter class

K is dependent on how many bands pr octave and the start and end frequency.

Name specifies the name of the block.
Bands pr. octave is the number of bands pr. octave. Maximum is 24 bands pr. octave.
Start frequency is the frequency which the lowest octave band must contain.
Stop frequency is the frequency which the highest octave band must contain.
