# ISO3382 Noise Method

DescriptionThe `ISO3382 Noised Method`

block determines the reverberation time based on calculations from ISO3382-2 (Acoustics)
Measurement of room acoustic parameters โ Part 2: Reverberation time in ordinary rooms.

The reverberation time is calculated based on the interrupted noise method where a noise signal is interrupted and forms the rooms decay curve. Using exponential averaging the reverberation time T60, T30, or T20 is calculated.

Input`Noise [P,pos1]`

is the interrupted noise signal that is `M`

samples long and can be repeated `1`

times.

Output`Reverberation times`

is the calculated reverberation times in `F`

bands. Default one band pr octave from 100 Hz to 4000 Hz.
